Bing Crosby Collection at Gonzaga University : Michelin's recommendations

Bing Crosby (1904-77), the popular American singer and film actor, grew up in Spokane in a house adjacent to Gonzaga University. A modest collection of his memorabilia now resides in the university's Crosby Student Center, which was completed in 1957 with funds donated by the singer. Inside, a small anteroom contains photos of Crosby both before and after he rose to stardom, including shots of him playing baseball as a member of Gonzaga's Class of 1924. Glass cases display Crosby mementoes and gold records awarded for some of his hit albums and singles ("White Christmas," "True Love," "Swinging on a Star").
