Owned and operated by the Thompson family for more than 100 years, this 45-acre fruit farm sells its sweet cherries, peaches, pears and apples from a gift shop in the original farmhouse as well as from a roadside stand in Naches. At the farm (Shaffer Rd., east of Rte. 12), visitors can watch a cider press in action, and sample milkshakes and ice-cream sundaes-flavored with the Thompson's fresh fruit-from a replica 1890s soda fountain.
