From mountains to beaches, local markets to fish markets, this full-day tour takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the varied landscapes of the East Coast.
Pass the lush green agricultural area of Dhaid as you make your way to the Hajar Mountains. The tour stops at a local market where you can shop for locally made pottery, fruits, and carpets. Then it's off to Masafi to start a roundtrip journey to the East Coast; as you drive through the mountains, large and small wadis(dried out riverbeds formed across millenniums) are visible.
After Masafi, the tour turns towards the Indian Ocean and a short side trip to the Omani territory to visit a fish market. The Badiya Mosque—the oldest mosque in the U.A.E.—is the next stop before heading to Khor Fakkan. Once in Khor Fakkan, a popular place for snorkeling and scuba diving, there's time to swim and relax on the beach before heading back to Dubai.
