A visit to the Dubai Museum will give you background on Dubai in its pre-oil days, before you head to see the wind-tower houses and textile market. Next cross Dubai Creek by ‘abra', the traditional water taxi, to end your tour with a feast for the senses: the exotic smells of the Spice Souk and the glitter of the biggest Gold Souk in the world.
