Jumeirah Beach Park is a pleasant municipal park by the sea (entry fees apply and Saturdays are reserved for women and children). It is a great spot for playing volleyball, having a picnic, lying on the beach or going for a paddle. The white-sand beach is watched over by lifeguards.
