Sheik Saïd Al-Maktoum, who governed Dubai from 1912 until his death in 1958, lived in this house, which was built at the mouth of Dubai Creek in 1896. Inside this interesting residence is a collection of photographs of the Al-Maktoum dynasty (still in power today), and works by the Briton Ronald Codrai.
