Bac Ha : Michelin's recommendations

The mountain village of Bac Ha is home to a busy and popular Sunday market. Among the products on sale here are bark from the cinnamon trees which grow in the valley and rice and maize liqueur produced by the Flower Hmong, one of the region’s ethnic minorities, whose colourful, patterned costumes are the main attraction of the market. The mountain ranges around the village offer plenty of options for spectacular excursions.
