Recently moved a few hundred metres upstream from the port of Can Tho to facilitate the movement of boats, the Cai Rang floating market (also accessible by road) is the largest in the delta. The spectacle every morning of myriad boats milling around floating stalls overflowing with bananas, rice, mangoes, pineapples, potatoes etc, all at incredibly cheap prices, is a remarkable sight.
