The largest and most beautiful beach on the island, stretching 30km from An Thoi to Duong, is a jewel of fine sand backed by coconut palms; it is also one of the few places in Vietnam where you can enjoy a sunset over the sea. A handful of hotels are also found here, clustered along the northern section of the beach near Duong Dong. Local fishermen still live along this delightful stretch of coast which has so far escaped the ravages of mass tourism.
