The whitewashed long house of the former head of the E De ethnic people and all the minorities of the High Plateau region is situated in Kon Robang. In the eastern suburbs of the town, Tran Hung Dao Street passes through the villages of Kon Tum Kopong and Kon Tum Konam, then runs along the river as far as the Kon Klor suspension bridge, near which stands a superb rong (house on stilts).
